As one part of this larger research project, we are planning to conduct a longitudinal survey (collecting data on two occasions with one year between) of European pilots’ employment- and working conditions, health and flight safety. In our previous study, the survey was only sent to Swedish airline pilots, but now we would like to address all European pilots.
The aim of the survey is to collect data on pilots’ perception of factors in their organizational context/working conditions, health and experiences regarding risks and flight safety. To enable proactive and sustainable flight safety work, we need to identify the key risk factors in the pilots' organizational context and in their working conditions.
First delivery of report is expected during fall 2020.
