Marika Melin

Marika Melin is a researcher and lecturer at Karolinska Institutet. She completed her Ph.D. in 2005 and has since conducted research in work and organizational psychology. Marika’s research focus is the terms and consequences of the modern working life and how organizational and working conditions affect health, behavior, quality and safety in different professions and industries.

Filippa Folke 

PhD Student
Lic. Psychologist

Filippa Folke is a PhD Student at Karolinska Institutet and also works as a licenced psychologist. She has several years of operational working experience from the aviation industry as cabin crew and has been part of previous and ongoing projects providing industry-specific expertise. In her research she focuses on the work conditions, health and safety work of cabin crew in the aviation industry in Europe.

Emil Lager 

Research assistant
Lic. Psychologist

Emil Lager is a research assisstant at Karolinska Institutet and also works as a licenced psychologist. He is specialized in anxiety and depression screening and treatment. Emil also teaches in presentation techniques at the psychology program.
